Our Signature Package is designed for couples seeking full-day, hands-on coordination and peace of mind on their wedding day. From setup to send-off, we handle all the details—vendor management, timeline creation, decor setup, troubleshooting, and more—so you can focus on celebrating!
We create and manage a customized, detailed timeline—delivered one week prior to your wedding—ensuring a smooth transition from ceremony to reception (including room flips, if needed). From coordinating the grand entrance, speeches, and first dances, to handling delivery of final payments and gratuities, we take care of everything behind the scenes so you don’t have to.
Our team also oversees vendor confirmations, troubleshoots any unexpected issues, and ensures the safe collection and packing of gifts and sentimental items. You’ll also have full access to Stella Ray’s emergency kit, stocked with all the essentials to handle any last-minute needs.
One of the best things about our Day-Of Coordination Package is its flexibility—it’s fully customizable to suit your vison! If you'd like to add services such as night-before rehearsal coordination or evening-before event support, we’re happy to tailor the package to match your wedding vision.
