Throughout the journey, we’re here to offer support, guidance, and a planning experience that feels both thoughtful and seamless.

Our Services.

At Stella Ray, we offer one comprehensive Day-of Coordination package designed to cover everything you need for a smooth and stress-free wedding day. This includes personalized vendor recommendations, a custom detailed timeline, seamless coordination with your vendors, a thorough venue walkthrough, and a final planning meeting to ensure every detail is in place. We’re here to handle the logistics so you can focus on enjoying the moment.

  • When you book with Stella Ray, our aim is to provide reliable support from start to finish. We’re committed to being a steady presence throughout your planning process, offering clear communication and guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can count on us to be there every step of the way, making sure your vision is realized and your experience is as seamless as possible.

  • At Stella Ray, we offer a single, well-rounded Day-of Coordination package designed to support weddings of all sizes. Whether you're planning something small and personal or a larger celebration, our process ensures the details are handled and the day runs smoothly. You focus on the moments—leave the logistics to us.

  • From the moment you book, we provide ongoing communication to stay aligned and ensure we fully understand your vision. Our goal is to keep everything on track and offer the support you need to bring your day together seamlessly.

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of signing the contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the 1st of the month prior to your wedding.
