Our full, hands-on coordination package is all about giving you peace of mind. From the moment you arrive onsite, we’re there to take care of the details—setting up décor, checking in with vendors, keeping the timeline on track, and making sure everyone is in place for the ceremony. We handle room flips, move floral arrangements after ceremony, and help wrap up at the end of the night by gathering your belongings. We’ll do anything for our amazing couples to make the day feel and look exactly like your vision. At Stella Ray Weddings, we’re not just there to manage the details—we’re there to keep your day stress-free, and make sure every moment is as beautiful as you imagined.
What to Expect
We’ll have three detailed meetings leading up to your wedding—one of them in person over coffee so we can chat, laugh, and learn a little more about each other (plus find out your go-to coffee order!). About a month before your day, we’ll start putting together a rough timeline and send it to your vendors. We’ll also start connecting with them directly to make sure everyone’s on the same page. Two weeks out, you’ll get your custom, finalized timeline that covers everything from the hair and makeup schedule through the last dance. On your wedding day, our team will be there from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly and being available for vendors, questions, and any problems that might pop up.
We confirm all vendors in advance, handle any challenges discreetly, and take care of collecting personal items and gifts with thoughtful attention. You will also have full access to the Stella Ray emergency kit, curated with everything you might need for the unexpected.
Every element is handled with intention so you can simply celebrate.
Optional Add On’s
Looking for rehearsal coverage the night before? Or maybe you want a little less support on your wedding day? With Stella Ray, you’re in control of the level of support you need. Everything in our full coordination service is included—except the full-day coverage—so you can choose exactly how many hours fit your vision. We offer hourly pricing so you can build a timeline that works for you. For example, maybe you want a coordinator to handle setup, oversee ceremony details, make sure everyone is lined up, cue the DJ, and help get the reception started—but once speeches are done, you’re good to go on your own. That’s totally fine! You choose the hours, and we’ll be there when you need us.
